Formerly known as the Kuala Lumpur Trade and Copyright Centre (KLTCC), which was organised in conjunction with the Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair (KLIBF) from 29 May to 7 June 2026, the platform is now reintroduced under a new identity as the Asian Rights Fair (ARF). This rebranding reflects a renewed strategic commitment to strengthening copyright trading while broadening its scope to engage the dynamic and diverse publishing ecosystem across Asia. Through ARF, the initiative aims to position Kuala Lumpur as a regional hub for rights exchange, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among publishers, rights agents, and creative industry stakeholders from across the Asian continent.
